1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your access to and use of EzuneDB's services (the “Services”). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and applies to all users and accounts. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

2. Responsible Use Principles

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms and this AUP.
  • Respect intellectual property, privacy, and rights of others.
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Services and your accounts.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, and you will not allow others to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Services, except to the extent such restrictions are expressly prohibited by law.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices, labels, or marks on or within the Services.
  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or in a manner that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the rights of any person or entity.
  • Exceed usage caps, quotas, or technical limits applicable to your plan, or share access credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • Publish or disseminate performance, availability, accuracy, or benchmark tests of the Services for competitive purposes or disparagement, except for legitimate academic research or internal evaluation.
  • Mine, scrape, or otherwise access the Services or Outputs to create, train, or improve competing products or services.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with access control, rate limiting, or security mechanisms, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of systems or networks without authorization.
  • Generate, upload, or transmit content that is illegal; infringes IP; is defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative (including any involvement of minors), promotes violence or terrorism; or contains malware or attempts to compromise security.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, user accounts, or connected networks, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

Any use of the Services in a High‑Risk Use context is prohibited unless you first obtain our written consent and implement robust human review and validation.

4. Content and Output Guidelines

You must not use the Services to generate or disseminate content that:

  • Violates laws or third‑party rights.
  • Is defamatory, harassing, harmful, or discriminatory.
  • Involves or exploits minors or sexual content that is illegal or non‑consensual.
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities.
  • Includes malicious code, instructions for wrongdoing, or attempts to compromise security.

Outputs are automatically generated and may be inaccurate or biased. You are responsible for independent verification and for complying with applicable laws when using Outputs.

5. Security and Abuse Reporting

If you discover a vulnerability, potential abuse, or unauthorized use, promptly notify us at security@ezunedb.com or abuse@ezunedb.com and refrain from public disclosure until we have had a reasonable opportunity to remediate.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take any action we deem appropriate to protect the Services, our users, and third parties.

Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

7. Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
