• Community Edition: Only your name and email address
• Enterprise Edition: Business contact information for account administration

"Customer Data" refers to information, data, and other content that you or your authorized users submit, post, or transmit through our Services. This includes your database queries, prompts, and any other data you provide to our platform.

2.3 Usage Information

Community Edition: We may collect aggregated, anonymized usage patterns and technical data, including:

• Service usage statistics and performance metrics
• Technical logs and error reports
• Browser type and version information

Enterprise Edition: You can choose to share nothing - absolutely nothing. We respect your complete data privacy preferences.

3.1 Service Provision

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain our Services
• Process your database queries and generate AI-powered responses
• Authenticate your access to the Services
• Communicate with you about your account and our Services

3.2 Service Improvement

We may use aggregated, anonymized usage patterns and technical data to improve our Services, develop new features, and enhance user experience. We do not use your identifiable Customer Data for these purposes.

5.1 No Sale of Personal Information

We never sell your information (your email addresses) to third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5.2 Third-Party AI Services

We do not have any policy to store your prompts and queries other than that which may be imposed by third-party AI providers (which we have mostly negotiated to have zero storage of our data). No data is shared if you are bringing your own LLM. Your prompts may be processed by third-party AI services located globally. By using our Services, you consent to such international data transfers as necessary for AI processing, subject to appropriate safeguards. We cannot guarantee specific geographic processing locations for all AI processing.

5.3 Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our Services, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and customer support services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for specified purposes.

Our primary data processing occurs in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this data processing location.
