We do not have any policy to store your prompts and queries other than that which may be imposed by third-party AI providers (which we have mostly negotiated to have zero storage of our data). No data is shared if you are bringing your own LLM. Your prompts may be processed by third-party AI services located globally. By using our Services, you consent to such international data transfers as necessary for AI processing, subject to appropriate safeguards. We cannot guarantee specific geographic processing locations for all AI processing.
We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our Services, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and customer support services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for specified purposes.
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.
You have the right to access and review your personal information, update or correct your account information, request deletion of your account and associated data, and export your Customer Data. You can manage your communication preferences through your account settings or by contacting us directly. You may opt out of non-essential communications while still receiving important service-related notices. If you are subject to the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, California CPRA, or analogous legislation, we offer a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that provides additional protections for your data. Our primary data processing occurs in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this data processing location.
